「正風琅嬛」之「音樂事務處中樂合奏譜藏品數碼化計劃」，由音樂事務處專業顧問、香港浸會大學音樂系前教授暨音樂學學者楊漢倫教授作統籌，並得到香港浸會大學圖書館數碼研究基金的資助，把現存於本處多年來因訓練及演奏需要而創作、編寫及搜集的珍貴中樂樂譜之一部份，尤其是二胡大師、音樂事務統籌處（音樂事務處前身）中樂組前高級音樂主任湯良德先生多年的創作，以數碼格式保存及展示，使其得以供公眾參閱，作學術研究、參考、及演出之用。
"Resounding the Scores: Music Office Chinese Ensemble Music Collection Digitisation Project" was coordinated by the Music Office Expert Advisor, Former Professor of the Department of Music of Hong Kong Baptist University, and Musicologist Professor Helan Yang, and supported by Hong Kong Baptist University's Digital Scholarship Grant. This project features a precious collection of Chinese instrumental ensemble music preserved in the Music Office showcases the music of erhu maestro and former Senior Music Officer of the Chinese Music Section of the Music Office Mr Tong Leung-Tak alongside the compositions and arrangements of a few other musicians that served the Office’s education and performance needs in the past four decades.
